MSP-GANG: What does this error message mean?

Hi,

My customer is using GANG to program MSP430FR2633 and met below error prompt. please kindly suggest what may cause this ?thanks.

    Hi Yue,

    Thanks for posting your question to E2E.

    Looking at your screenshot, I see you're trying to use UniFlash with the MSP-GANG programmer which isn't supported. Can you please try using the MSP-GANG GUI?

    we used MSP-GANG Programmer to read the software sucessfully before. But our customer updated their product software, we found we can't read it via the 

    the old TI software. It shows : 0k, CS 0000000. We have feedback this problem to them, and they replied we should use UniFlash version 5.10 from TI.

    But we found it also can't work. 

    Do  MSP-GANG Programmer fit to read it?

    I used MSP-GANG GUI, but it can detect the software. It prompted 0 K CS 000000

    By "old TI software", are you referring to the MSP-GANG GUI software? By "updated software", do you mean "UniFlash"? Please clarify. As mentioned above, UniFlash should not be used with MSP-GANG. Who recommended that to you?

    Please switch back to using MSP-GANG GUI software. However, I'm concerned that using UniFlash with the MSP-GANG may have affected the MSP-GANG's software.
