Hi,

I am trying to get the SimplicTI demo running on the ez430-rf2500 with the latest CCS. The demo I'm trying is the Simple peer-to-peer sample that comes with the SimpliciTI install. The boards never link since the LEDs are never all off. I followed the instructions and didn't change any code except I commented out the button push in the beginning since the button is hard to get at when its plugged into the USB dongle.

Anyone have any idea why this wouldn't work?

I'm using the latest versions of all the software and Win 7 64bit.

I figured it out. It doesn't say it anywhere but what I did was created a separate end device .dat file for each build configuration. Then I changed the device address in one of them to have the first byte be 0x80 instead of 0x78. Makes sense that they need different ids. so then i just made sure to have the correct command file linked in the build and they connected right away. hope this helps someone else too
