If you don't have a voltage standard in that range, use a voltage divider (0.1% resistors probably) to reduce the voltage from a higher voltage standard.

The point is not to amplify precise signal, but to compensate amplifier's itself and adc measurement error. Is there any circuit to downscale signal from DAC (besides resistor divider network)?

Sorry for not clear about your point. In my eyes, to calibrate gain and offset error of my ADC, you can use ADC to measure two point known reference voltage to get the calibration value.

By the way,the device TLV structure contains calibration values that can be used to improve the measurement accuracy of the Precision ADC. Have you use that?
