When port PA is in mode 1 and port PK is in mode 1, are both PA2 and PK0 active as RX and both PA3 and PK1 active as TX while PK2 and PK3 are RTS and CTS?
Does it matter which RX and TX is used?
Thanks.

Hi, Grant,
I will check it and come to you soon.
Thanks,

Hi, Grant,
MSP432E401 uses pin-mux to define multiple functions for its pins. The U4RX, U4TX are remapped to 2 groups pins. You can use GPIOPCTL and GPIOAFSEL register setting to select U4RX, U4TX to use which pins. Please refer to the datasheet and user's guide for details.
The GPIOPCTL register is used in conjunction with the GPIOAFSEL register and selects the specific peripheral signal for each GPIO pin when using the alternate function mode.
Thanks,
Lixin
