Hi,

I want to use TIDM-RF430-TEMPSENSE while I don't know the device to flash my code and debug through CCS. Could somebody give me this information.

Hello Sean,

to flash code to the RF430FRL152H you will need the MSP430-FET tool:

https://www.ti.com/tool/MSP-FET

In addition level shifters are needed because the RF430FRL152 operates at only 1.5V.

The RF430FRL152HEVM Evaluation Board already contains these level shifters and can maybe used for your development. In case you want to build the level shifters by your own, the Users Guide contains a schematic at chapter 8:

It is also possible to program the device via the RF interface.
