MSP430FR6047: TI-RTOS

Part Number: MSP430FR6047

I was wondering if I can use this device with TI-RTOS, I know there it is not listed in supported uC by TI, but I worked with another RTOS begore, create a new port for a new device is not the big deal, my questions:

- It is a recommended practice use not listed uC and creates these by end-user?

- If the before the question is yes so: I already read a few app notes but get some confusion about this issue, what are the recommended lectures to get it?

Hi Daniel,

You should be able to use MSP430FR6047 also with TI-RTOS. But it is not supported by default by the released example code but as you mention in your post, the customer can extend it to run on this device as well. Below are some of the links to the TI-RTOS for MSP430:

Hi, instructions on how to use TI-RTOS on CCS with MSP430 not listed, not mine but any msp430 not listed, will be perfect, so later I can figure out how to set up mine.
