Hi,

You can go to the TIDA-00663 TI design page to find the software. In the TIDA-00663 user guide, the MSP430 is controller MCU to drive TDC7200. If there is not software found, you can turn to TDC7200 team to ask.

Hi,

There is another TI design https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDM-ULTRASONIC-FLOW-TDC also using MSP430 to drive the TDC7200. You can find and download the software source code (TIDM-ULTRASONIC-FLOW-TDC Source Code) for reference. It should be easy to port to MSP430FR5969.
