Hello guys sorry i am newbie with Texas Instruments MCU, is there example code for MSP430FR5994 with CC3100 booster pack or there isn't any because it is not compatible?

Hello,

It should be possible, but you may need to port some software to this specific device. In the following thread, another user started with the provisioning_wps example project in the CC3100 SDK and got it running on a MSP430F5529 LaunchPad. Then, they ported that project to the MSP430FR5994. I think that's a good approach.
