MSP432E401Y: SimpleLink SDK 4.2 Package Doesn't Load Package Dependency Install Locations

Hello,

I am using:

CCS 9.3 and the MSP432E401Y Launchpad.

I downloaded the Simplelink SDK v4.20.00.12. It properly downloaded the sysconfig and the xdctools, but the package in CCS does not show the install directory for these. Therefore, when I try to import any example project it says that I need SysConfig installed, when I do have it installed, the package just doesn't know where it is.

Below are a snapshot of the package info and the directory showing they were in fact installed.

I have reinstalled the package and the file paths are still not stored. 

Is there any way to manually enter the install path?
