MSP430FR2676: Captivate, relation between Q and C

Our customer has a question for captivate.

Qout is defined as the below in "software library" of CapTIvate technology guide.

Qout = (gain_coarse * gain_fine)Qin - (offset_scale * Qoffset)

They want to convert this Q value to C value. Is it OK to think the below?

Q = CV
C = Q / 1.5

The 1.5 is V_REG value of Captivate peripheral.

Assuming that this is the voltage across the capacitor, yes that makes sense.
