Is there any way to do field upgrades over i2c? The selection guide and datasheet for MSP430FR5739 say the BSL is only over UART.

Can I put a different BSL on the chip that supports i2c?

Hey Bonnie,

The built in BSL on that device is only UART based. To have a I2C based BSL, you would have to implement a custom BSL. All information related to BSL on our MSP430 FRAM products and example projects showing customizing BSLs can be found on the MSPBSL page.
