Can the MSP-TS430PZ100D be used to initialize pins and run low-level drivers on the MSP430F5438A-EP?

Or which tool would you recommend to do this with?

Hello JuMar,

The MSP-TS430PZ5X100 is what is recommended for the F543x devices in LQFP package. The PZ100D is intended for the FR devices and the pinout is different.

No GUI for this available. I recommend using the code examples available in resource explorer.
