I was browsing around TI's website and I happened upon Captivate EMC.
At first, I thought it was just an optimized layout to improve noise immunity, but I noticed that it was calling out FR2676 specifically.

MSP430FR2676 is a 2nd generation device with enhancements that does improve the noise immunity compared to MSP430FR2632 which is a 1st generation device.
