MSP432P401R: How to perform factory reset using XDS100 debug probe

Hello,

I have bricked two of my MSP432P401R microcontrollers. I am using the XDS100 debug probe that is located on the MSP432 launchpad to connect to my targets. The first bricking was due to my incorrect configuration of the J port. I am still not sure what is the reason of the second bricking - I am still looking into it.

In any case, I am interested in how to recover my bricked controllers. I have tried performing factory reset via connecting to the DAP using SWD as explained in the CCS User's Guide here and on several other questions on these forums, but the connection fails ("The target failed to see a correctly formatted SWD header" error happens). What are my options now?
