Code generation tools download

I am running CCS V4.2.1 and an update for the MSP430 code generation tools was blocked by my antivirus software. In spite of this, the update engine in CCS does not try to reload the update. 

 

How can I download just the code generation tools or how can I get the CCS updater to re-discover it and download it?
