As mentioned in the document earlier, Z(-1), Z0, Z(+1) are the correlation values with offset -1, 0, +1 respectively.
Delta is the Delta time of flight obtained as the position in time where the correlation is the highest and obtained as an interpolation of the 3 values Z(-1), Z0, Z(+1), as mentioned in equation 9.

Usually m = 0. But in general, m is an integer sample offset where the correlation between the received signal 1 & 2 from the 2 transducers is done with a sample offset of m samples.

Why the last formula have title DToF, but T - variable has the signature "12"? It`s mistake or the formula for one of the part Delta Time of Flight?

That formula is still for the differential time of flight. And there is only one differential time of flight. I guess, we should have just DToF = instead of T12.
