Hi,
I have a question from my customer about FRAM write operation.
Suppose instantaneous power failure happens during FRAM write operation, what happens?
Are data written lost, guaranteed or corrupted?
Thanks and regards,
Koichiro Tashiro

Hi Koichiro,
Is there a specific case or issue
Normally, FRAM is written in bytes. If there is a sudden power failure when writing, it should be able to save the data that has been written, but it may also encounter other problems. This needs to be decided according to actual use environment.
Thanks!
