Hello Mark,

The MSP-EXP430G2ET only supports the 20 pin booster pack standard. The BOOSTXL-EDUMKII uses the 40 pin header, so there would be pins that are not available on the G2ET launchpad. Section 2.1.1 of the users guide below shows the pins of the BOOSTXL-EDUMKII. The pins on J3 and J4 would not be able to connect to the G2 launchpad.
