MSP430 series recommendation

Hi, Thomas, 

We have not WLCSP 0.3mm MSP430 device. What application requests the 0.3mmx0.3mm package? Normally the DSBGA (WCSP) package is 2~3mm x 2~3mm. 

You can find the MSP430 device with small package in MSP430 product folder:

You can search in the left column - filters with defining the package size parameter and apply the filter. Then you can find all the MSP430 devices with small packages.
