MSP430G2553: Need a TCXO

Part Number: MSP430G2553

The internal oscillators of MSP430G2553 do not give the performance I need, hence I would need to find a good TCXO to be connected to XIN. Please let me know what type of TCXO you recommend. Partnumber needed

Hi Kenka,

There should be a crystal on the MSP430G2ET launchpad. I would recommend you use the one called out in the BOM:

What performance do you need? Asking for a specific part number while leaving that as a mystery is silly.

You will have to examine the datasheets of the available parts to find one that meets your requirements. I didn't even know that 32KHz TCXOs were a thing but found 15 part numbers in stock at Mouser. You should be able to find something you like there.
