MSP430FR2433: Bootloaded doesn't work via launchpad

Part Number: MSP430FR2433

Hello

I wrote firmware for a certain project of mine using the Launchpad of msp430fr2433. Now I want to design a custom board that just has the micro and can be programmed using the launchpad.

I designed the board and made manual connections with the required pins and connected them to the J101 on the launchpad. I connected SDWTCK, SBWTDIO, P1.4, P1.5, 5V, and Gnd. I also pulled SBWTDIO high with a 47K resistor.

I tried to put the firmware on the micro via CCS bt when I run it, It say's "MSP430: Error connecting to the target: Unknown device". I have attached a picture of the setup.

The micro is powered directly from the launch pad(3.3V). I measured it as well. What did I miss?

The circuit diagram shows that the pulldown capacitance on RST/NMI is 0.05 uF (Crst1 and Crst2 in series each 0.1 uF).

    The MSP430FR2433 datasheet says:

Therefore, the pulldown capacitance on RST/NMI is 0.05 uF value which exceeds the maximum specified in the datasheet is likely causing the Spy-Bi-Wire communication to fail which leads to the "Unknown device" error.
