MSP-FET: MSP-FET: On-line update FW error for MSP-FET

I click the button "Update" to online upgrade FW for the new MSP-FET programmer(SN:19010065B), but unfortunately it pop-up a message to show that there is ERROR during upgrade. And I did not know why had such occurred this time because of there was no issue when I updated another new MSP-FET programmer.

Now It seems that this programmer can not work, so how to fix this ? It is urgent for using...
