we orderd MSP-GANG from TI store on 24th Dec.

but it has problem as below picture ,  so we want to exchange new one.

    Crystal,

    so far this does not look like a GANG HW problem the MSP-GANG user guide states this is a Error fromthe MSP-GANGDLL. So do you use the correct DLL for the programmer? Is it possible to get image you want to program to check for any formatting errors?
