Hi everyone,

I am looking for E2E forum for MSP430 gang programmer. basically i want support for gang programmer. I am familier with MSP-FETU430IF interface which programs 1 micro. this gang programmer uses hex file and programs 8 micro at a  time. In my project i am using incricuit programming feature(SPI-Bi wire). also i want to test my circuit board hardware in which MSP430 is embedded. I know it can be done through DLL commands. but still i need some support about initiating this commands. 

so please let me know if somebody worked with this.

    here are couple options for having serial programming for MSP430F2132

     1) MSP430F2132 is already supported on many SuperPro programmers:

    If you want to have serial gang programmer, SuperPro 5004EGP with 4 x ISP socket will do the job. Also SuperPro 5000 series programmers comes with optional DLL support which allows you to control with a third party tool. 

    2) SuperPro IS01 is an In-system programmer. Since the requirement is having a gang programmer to program MSP430F2132 on board, having a fast programmer and the largest outcome should be the most important criteria. SuperPro Is01 has ARM9 RISC MCU. It is a stand alone programmer, and getting couple of those units may address the requirements. It also supports many devices including following ones:

    Do you know how to use MSP GANG programmer with DLL extension. currently, i am programming MSP430 with .hex file. but i want to understand how can i use DLL examples for testing functionality of mcro.
