MSP430FR5969: Does the MSP430-FR-5969 comply with NASA's PEM-INST-001 Minimum Instructions for Plastic Encapsulated Microcircuit (PEM)Selection, Screening, and Qualification

I seem this question was previously here asked and linked to existing information.  I'm guessing this did not address needed information about the packaging? 

If not, I'll see if there are any other reports available on this.
