In the MSP430F5437 datasheet, is the ADC "Input Capacitance" the same the sample/hold capacitance and is the "Input MUX ON resistance" the same as the ADC internal series resistance. I'm not familiar with the terms being used by the MSP430 datasheet. Usually I see a spec for "series resistance" and "hold capacitance". Page 35:
