All you can find the closet CGT version is 18.1.8

Hi ,

I tried this way but this doesn't work because of a proxy server. I also tried using proxy settings in eclipse but no luck.

I have v18.1.5.LTS as part of CCS v8. Last I looked you could still get v8 (the last of the 32-bit versions).
