I am trying to replace a solution based on a ST Motor driver solution of STSPIN220+128 KB Flash, 36 KB RAM STM32G070KB--LQFP32 7 × 7 mm, TI related DRV solution may be targeted on DRV84XX series, can you help to proposal TI MCU solution to replace this ST MCU part, thanks!

I have forwarded this to TI's Brushed and Stepper Motor team and they will assist with a stepper motor driver solution to replece ST's solution.

Hi Richard，

STSPIN220 has 0.4ohm HS+LS Rds(ON). DRV8428 has 1.5ohm HS+LS Rds(ON). What is the output current for each winding. If the RMS current is higher than 0.7A, we can check DRV8426 or DRV8424 to support a higher current application.

On the EVM, DRV84xxEVM uses MSp430 as the controller. The firmware is available on ti.com
