My board with MSP430F149, jtag connection

My board with MSP430F5418, jtag connection
1) With MSP-FET430UIF all SW work correctly with all HW (with the same jtag cable)
2) With MSP-FET: (with the same cable above)
a) all SW work correctly with MSP430F5418
b) all SW does not work correctly with MSP430F149
The reported error is: "Failed to write at 0x1100 address" (correct point of start main memory of F149 mcu)
I read some thread about MSP-FET, I try different cable lengths, but now I have no more ideas.
The SW initially connects with F149 mcu, deletion and verification seem to work, but at the time of writing flash gives error.
