One of my customers is having trouble connecting to the MSP430FR6043 EVM where they see an error message which states the following:
More than one HID device with the same VID/PID detected. Only one device may be connected.
Any recommendations on how to resolve this error? Customer only has one USB port on their computer and so has tried through a hub as well as directly connected to the PC with the same results.
