LP-MSP430FR2476: ADC result of sample code is not correct

Hi,

I am using the sample program as-is to check if the ADC can operate from 0 to 3.3V.

However, the ADC pins are always receiving about 0.7V, and I cannot measure voltages below 0.7V.

Is it a specification that 0.7V is applied?
