Hi Stae,

The MSP430F2274 datasheet does not include ESD data, so I'm assuming it wasn't characterized for this device. Looking at the specs in other datasheets from other devices, the average ESD ratings appear to be +/-1000V HBM and +/-250V CDM. I would use that as an estimate for this device.
