MSP430 REAL TIME DEBUGGING with EXPRESSIONS VIEW

Dear All,

I am a user of TI C2000 series (Delfino) but now I'm working with MSP430 F5529 LaunchPad  (MSP-EXP430F5529LP). However, I found myself quite lost. I was trying to use the expressions view panel in CCS v5.5.0 to monitor MSP430 variables in real time but I got an error "Could not read 0x02400:Execution state prevented access".

In C2000 series it is possible to read/write a variable from Expressions view panel without stopping the execution. This is particularly useful for prototyping. So I was wondering if it is possible to do that with the MSP430 series and I am only omitting some configuration setting or maybe there is some different way to do that.
