new version of MSP-FET not working

The new version of MSP-FET flash emulation tool seems to have some issues.​​

Following are the issues that we are facing:
1.The FET does not get recognized in CCS 5.5.The below message pop's up
   when we try to program(press the debug button in CCS toolbar).

2.The command line tool MSPDEBUG also fails when the new version of the programmer is used.
The below error message is shown:

3.The programmer gets detected in CCS 6.0 and asks for a FW upgrade.Once the FW upgrade is done ,the programmer refuses to identify the target and below error message is pop's up:

We are not facing any such issues with the old version of MSP FET.

Since we are short of FET's, It would be great if you can give us some suggestion as soon as possible.
