Hi, I try to flash my MCU with the BlackHawk debug probe and I got the following error message
Error connecting to the target:
(Error -1170 @ 0x0)
Unable to access the DAP. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).

Hi, the head was removed from the head near R17. Also, the grey wire on the left is connected to a ground pin on the tiva c kit and connected on the ground of the PCB MCU. I power the PCB MCU with the Vbus pin (white wire on the left). When you talk about ground, do you talk the ground near the push button?

TDI kit ---> TDI PCB
TDO kit ----> TDO PCB
I left the EXT DBG floating.
Here a printscreen on the pcb AD, the trace are under the board.
Finaly, just to make sure, I don t think i made a mistake on that because VDDC is correctly set at 1.2 V. The pin 1 is under the dot on the plastic package?

for Vddc decoupling caps, I got a 3.3 uF in parallel with 3 0.01 uF. Here is the schematic for the osc pin:
