No  Fault trigger observed . But  this issue occurs in only no load condition . when motor tested with blades ( with load ) no any issue observe motor running fine .

OK so you can run your motor while loaded and no fault occurs. The problem is when the motor is not loaded, is that correct? Are you getting a fault when motor is not loaded?

What is the circumstance when the motor starts to spin again? Does it spin for a period of time then stop for 2 seconds, then it tries to start again?

When DRV10983 PCB connected through wire ( wire length is around 4 feet )  &  outside the celling fan motor every time motor start successfully  but DRV 10983  assemble in motor most of time motor start fail it's take time to start . we tested around 30 no's motor  same issue observed ,

So I understand correctly, while you are spinning the ceiling fan, the motor fails immediately and does not start to spin. I think you are hitting some kind of fault.

Did you change anything to the EEPROM settings or modify any other parameters?

Can you tell me what fault is occurring? You can do this by checking registers 0x1E and 0x10.

we observed fault no any fault occurs . When DRV10983 inside the motor this start up  issue occurs & outside the motor it's start successfully . With load & without load same issue  observed .

Hi,

The only things that changes between the two setups is the resistance. I suggest increasing the motor resistance when the DRV10983 is inside the motor.
