Hi Team,

The customer would like to know how to calculate the IDRIVE after using two MOS tubes in parallel with current sharing and adding gate resistors separately?

    Hello Annie,

    Please review the E2E FAQ (LINK) as well as our app note about parallel MOSFET Driving (LINK)

    The MOSFETs are in parallel so you can assume the total Qgd and Qgs is doubled from a single MOSFET. Small resistors are required on each gate because they will never be perfectly matched.
