DRV8353F: The difference between DRV8353 and DRV8353F

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask DRV8353F?
What is the difference between DRV8353 and DRV8353F?

As the background of this question, the customer uses DRV8323RS now.
Because of lead time, they considers using DRV8353RS or DRV8353RFS instead of DRV8323RS.
We would like to know which the better is.

Also please note that there is no DRV8323RF device, we are not releasing an "F" device with the buck regulator integrated - only DRV8350F and DRV8353F.

Also please note that there is no DRV8323RF device
->We apologize that we have typo. The correct device is DRV8323S(DRV8323SRTAT).

There is DRV8353FS, and there is the DRV8353S, right?
Therefore, are DRV8353F and DRV8353 no internal difference ?
