Dear Aaron,

the linked post is talking about latch-ups only. Could you please comment on destructive SEE in general?

Is there any data on nondestructive SEEs (e.g., transients, functional interrupts…)?

Hi Jan,

I apologize as I had a misunderstanding, UC2625-EP is an enhanced product, not a space product (SP) or space-enhanced product (SEP). We only provide radiation data for SEP and SP products. This product does not have available preliminary data for SEE testing.
