DRV10983Q1EVM: error message : ` cannot find Labview run time engine'

Hi team,

I think there is GUI (DRV109xxEVM) that able to control and change parameter of the board, 

but after start this GUI, there is the error message which tell us it cannot find Labview run time engine.

I already downloaded and install via NI website, but still , this error message occured.

Could you give me a suggestion what I can do to solve this problem?
