Hello Team,

I'm posting on behalf of my customer:

We use MCT8316AEVM. I set SPEED_CONST in Register MAP as "Speed_Loop" to rotate a motor at constant speed regardless motor load. But, it takes time to reach an intended speed(10~15sec). I want to rotate the motor at intended speed immediately. Is there a way to do that?

Renan,

In speed loop mode, motor speed acceleration and deceleration is controlled by the Speed PI controller. You can adjust the gains of the PI controller to minimize the startup time.

I mean changing the value of Ki and Kp until the closed loop speed looks stable.
