Out-of-step detection is instability,Threshold setting is 12. When the function derection is wrong, turn up threshold does not work either.

    Are you referring to STALL detection in the device?  Do you have an EVM you can use to test this case?  EVM has ability to monitor the TRQ_COUNT register and plot on a pin.  This can be captured on a scope to see normal running TRQ_COUNT value and the stall value.

    What is the DC resistance of your stepper motor?
