DRV8323: Gate driver giving my strange results when my load is increased

Part Number: DRV8323

Good morning experts,

we have designed a board with the DRV8323. The goal of it is to drive a 2 phase motor. Since we wanted to drive this motor with only one PWM we configured the DRV8323 for the one PWM mode and we change the phase that is driven with the direction. We believe we have properly configured the chip in the schematic as our design is pretty similar to the one of the BOOSTXL-DRV8323RH(see schematic photo below)

The behavior of our gate driver is the following : when we use it without any load, it seems to work properly. We obviously see the PWM at the input of the gate driver and see the same PWM at the inputs of the gates of the mosfets.

The problem is when we put a load (as low as 1k load) the integrity of the PWM at the gate of the mosfets seems to deteriorate( see below photo). We don't really know why this is happening. It is as if the mosfets gate can't discharge.

The weird thing is that we see this behavior only in one direction. On the other direction the integrity of the PWM is still reasonably acceptable.

Thank you very much for your time.

This is the schematic :

This is the PWM at no load at the gate of the driver

This is with a approximately 3k resistors

This is when I connect my motor :
