DRV8323: In the hardware configuration mode, how to solve the problem that the nFAULT pin detects an error low level when driving 6 channels of PWM?

Part Number: DRV8323

Hi Team,

The chip uses 24V regulated power supply to control the brushless motor BLDC. The voltage measurement values of other points are shown in red font in above figure.

Among them, R30 and R31 are not welded in the upper left of the figure. When ARM sends PWM command after power-on, the nFAULT pin reports an error low level, and the motor cannot be driven normally.

What is the reason for this phenomenon and how to solve it?

Best regards,

Annie
