UC1625-SP: Single event effect

Part Number: UC1625-SP

Hi team,

Looking at links below, it seems that UC1625-SP is immune to SEL because the device is dielectrically isolated biploar process technologies and the device doesn't have NPNP thyristor. Are there app notes or papers that can support this?

  • Hi Takahashi-san,

I will send you a separate note over email, but we do not have much support for the UCx625 devices as they were developed a long time ago.

Any related info on these products will be available online - otherwise it does not exist.

    Best Regards,
    Andrew
