I have a customer who uses DRV8353RS and always has damage without output, please help to see the reasons and suggestions, or better device recommendation:
1. Set drive current 550mA/1200mA.
MOS tube model: FDBL0200N100, Qgd=20nc.
3. Fault Symptom 1: The MOSFet gate does not add current limiting resistance RGEN, the drive current of the drive chip is set according to the MOSFET calculation (550mA/1200mA), the motor runs for about 2 seconds, and the drive chip has no output (damaged);
Fault phenomenon 2: the gate of the MOS tube is added with a current limiting resistance of 10 ohms, and the drive current of the drive chip is set according to the calculation of the MOS tube (550mA/1200mA), and the motor runs normally;
The drive current of the driver chip is adjusted to the maximum (1000mA/2000mA), the motor runs for about 1 second, and the driver chip has no output (damaged).
