DRV8353RS-EVM: JP1, JP2, JP3 (GND, 3V3, 5V0) - of Launchxl-F280025C, should they be kept open when connected with DRV8353RS-EVM ?

Part Number: DRV8353RS-EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LAUNCHXL-F280025C, DRV8353

Hi,

My setup is  Launchxl-F280025C + DRV8353RS-evm, used for  BLDC motor control.

Since DRV8353RS-EVM has 3.3V regulator, Should I keep JP1,JP2, JP3 of Launchxl-F280025C open and short JP9 (5V boost from 3v3) ?

Will 3.3V of DRV8353 board, derived from its 12V/350mA Buck, supply power needed for Launchxl F280025C + Hall sensor interface ?

My concern is  3.3V Regulator ICs can fail if I keep JP1,2,3 Shorted ?

Please suggest the right way of handling it.

Regards,

Anil
