Hi.

I am Zameer. I'm working on a project involving V/F control for a three-phase induction motor and planning to use the TI DRV8301. Any advice or direction on how to proceed with this setup?

I'd appreciate guidance on implementing V/F control for a three-phase induction motor utilizing the TI DRV8301. Any pointers or resources would be incredibly helpful!

What brought you to use the DRV8301? Have you taken a look at the newer BLDC drivers?

Hi Yara,

I use DRV8301 because that is the only driver given by my supervisor to use in this project. is there any video or link references that ican refer to apply the coding and more. thanks for the reply earlier.

Hi Zameer,

Unfortunately there is not a video or link other than the previous E2E post I mentioned. When working with older devices like the DRV8301 please keep in mind that support becomes increasingly difficult as the device ages and newer content typically is not released for older devices. If you ever need help choosing the best device for your project / system please feel free to make an E2E post listing your requirements or visiting the BLDC page on ti.com
