I have assigned the device expert to this post, give him a day or two to answer.
Given the OCP threshold of 11-22A, that typically means the peak output current per channel is 11A. I'll let our expert elaborate on this spec though.
On availability, right now right now there is no inventory due to the high demand on this device. Our team is working to get more samples into the TI store. If urgent samples are needed, please reach out to your local TI sales representative or request an EVM.

Jacob thank you for the information. I do have something else to ask:
I just did a request for a DRV3946-Q1EVM from your web site ... or should I requested from someone else ??. If my request is approved ... what next ?? Is TI sending a link to buy one ??. The only distributor I found for this particular board is Mouser, but it looks like they do not stock this board. Any other place I could buy it from ??.
My design will drive 16 valves (Valve max current 1 Amps) and I will be using the peak and hold feature of this component. In my previous PCB version I am using the DRV110, but I do not want to copy 16 times the same circuitry. Do you have any other multiple solenoid driver with the peak and hold feature ??. I did check in your website and I only found (with peak and hold feature) the DRV3946-Q1EVM (for two valves), DRV110 for single valve and the DRV120 (not enough current for my application). Did I miss one ??? Any other multiple valve driver with peak and hold feature ??

From a current capacity stand point we will be practically limited by the temperature rise. I have built a calculator to see the power dissipation on DRV3946-Q1
