I am planning to use the DRV3946-Q1 for a new design I am working. Our company sells around the globe and since I noticed that all the DRV3946-Q1 information is quite restricted, I want to be sure that I am following all U.S. government export regulations before I introduce this new component to a board I am designing.
Please read the following:
- The equipment I am designing may use up to 16 of the DRV3946-Q1. The DRV3946-Q1 will be use to open/close some valves.
- Some of our potential customers are located in China
- No TI data sheets, TI software or any additional TI information I downloaded from your website regarding the DRV3946-Q1 will be use or shared outside of our headquarters located in Santa Clara, California.
Question: Can my company export finished products to China using TI DRV3946-Q1 as a component in a multi-board equipment ??
